The owner of marine surveyors platform IMPEVIS is Baltic Resourcing Sp. z o.o registered in Gdańsk, Poland at Kartuska 213 street. Use of the website IMPEVIS shall be treated as consent to the processing of personal data, as per the following clause: “Having carefully read the contents of the registration form and aware of the meaning thereof with regards to protection of the personal data contained in the forms, documents or other materials disclosed, transmitted or made available to BALTIC RESOURCING, I hereby declare that I consent to the processing of my personal data for the purposes of service offer by BALTIC RESOURCING or by companies which are clients of BALTIC RESOURCING and authorised to use the resources of the CV database which remains in possession of BALTIC RESOURCING.”

Rules for entering of service provider CVs into the database.

We treat every CV entered into our database as a confidential document. We have used our best efforts to protect your CV from unauthorised disclosure or use for purposes other than service offer. CVs may only be accessed by BALTIC RESOURCING employees and by employers (including clients of BALTIC RESOURCING) who have signed an appropriate cooperation document with us. Such a document obliges service providers to treat any data obtained from our database as confidential and prevents your data from being misused, e.g. from being used for purposes other than recruitment.

Legal Information

The Act of 29 August 1997 on Personal Data Protection (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883) requires that you consent to our processing of your personal data, hence we ask that you familiarise yourself with the contents of the following declaration. Use of the website and entering of your data and CV into the CV database of BALTIC RESOURCING or sending thereof at our e-mail address shall be treated as consent to the processing of such data by us. We would like to inform you that you are entitled to access your data and correct them, as​ well as to other rights with regard to data processing control, being informed of your personal data protection rights, requests for supplementation, revision, correction of data, temporary or permanent suspension of data processing, removal of data from the collection. In addition, we would like to inform you that BALTIC RESOURCING is entitled to remove your personal data, as defined in the Act, without your consent and without stating the reasons. The Personal Data Controller is Baltic Resourcing Sp. z o.o., entered into the Register of Employment Agencies under entry no. 3951.


We would like to inform you that on the basis of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Dz. U. 2018, poz. 138, 723 ze zm.) as well as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) as published on the Official Journal of the European Union of 4.5.2016 L 119/1 (hereinafter called GDPR), the regulations on the protection of personal data of users and corresponding processing of such data has been changed. Baltic Resourcing Sp. z o. o. seated in Gdańsk undertakes to select and verify personal data processing in a manner fully compliant with the requirements of the GDPR. This is to ensure that the entity that processes personal data provides sufficient guarantees for the implementation of the appropriate organizational and technical measures to safeguard security, the satisfaction of individual rights as well as a successful fulfilment of other data protection obligations incumbent on Baltic Resourcing Sp. z o.o. In order to comply with the GDPR requirements and ensure an adequate level of safeguards with regards to personal data protection, Baltic Resourcing Sp. z o.o. seated in Gdańsk prepares and implements appropriate tools, inter alia, internal documentation to meet this policy objectives.
