Project management, including time tracking, is conducted on a separate project management platform. A new project is created in PM platform when the service is approved by the client, and the service provider is added to the system as a user with access provided via email.
In PM platform, only the timesheet needs to be completed. When the project is completed, a time report need to be sent to the client by service provider for approval and signature. It will also be uploaded into the Project/Files section, along with all relevant reports.
All discussions related to the project between IMPEVIS and the service provider will be conducted via the PM platform under Projects/Discussion.
Detailed PM platform user instructions will be sent when the project is approved by the client.
