Super Client


When registering as a Super Client, one has the same options as a regular client. However, as a Super Client, the additional ability is gained to approve users (clients) within the company and accept service providers.


Registration


When registering as a Super Client, the same details need to be provided as when registering as a regular client.

Approving and inviting company users


When an account is created from the administration section, the user gains the ability to invite eligible individuals within the company to request services on the Impevis platform. In the Clients' profile section, choose "Add Client," select the company/affiliate name, and input the email and telephone number

If any users within the super client organisation (using the same email address) registered either before or after the creation of the Super Client account, these users will appear in the admin section for approval. They will only be authorized to request services once their accounts are approved by the Super Client.

Accepting service providers


Upon the creation of a Super Client account within the company, only service providers approved by the Super Client can be utilized by the approved users within the company.

Approval of service providers is exclusive to the Super Client. The process involves selecting them from the list or map and confirming the approval by selecting "Approve" on the service provider description page. All approved service providers will be visible in the admin section of service providers and prominently displayed on the main website with a distinctive green checkmark.

All company users can access the complete list of approved inspectors by checking the box labeled "Show only approved" in the "More Filters" menu.

If a service provider hasn't been approved by the Super Client, and a company user wishes to request a service from the selected provider, they can send an approval request to the Super Client. By selecting the desired service provider, selecting Request Estimate and choosing "OK" in the pop-up window, an approval request is submitted. Once approval is granted, the client can proceed to request service, and the new service provider is be added to the company's approved service providers list
